• Machine wash: Inside out, warm or cold setting.
• DO NOT BLEACH.
• Drying: Tumble dry on low heat.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Our blank shirts and hoodies are manufactured in Honduras, Nicaragua, and sometimes the USA and Canada. They are then printed, decorated, and modified/branded in Canada, at our warehouse.

All of our options are unisex fit. (Unless otherwise specified on that specific product page/description)

• Unisex fit; runs true to size for men; however they tend to run slimmer. Size up or down accordingly.

• Hats and toques are ‘one size fits most’.

• Please refer to our sizing chart for an informed purchase, and if you are absolutely unsure, size up! (better to be a little loose, than not fit at all.) Miigwetch!

• Size/colour exchanges are usually not possible and we only make exceptions on a case by case basis.

• Due to our environmental commitment, we make every effort to minimize our loose inventory to reduce potential landfill. This means that we prep, print and decorate our apparel only when an order is placed, and we do not keep uneccesary excess inventory lying around. So in order for us to exchange, we would likely need to reprint or re-embroider a brand new garment.

Our Shipping Process: Fast & Efficient.

Preparation and Dispatch:

• Your order receives individual attention and is typically ready to ship/dispatch within 1-3 business days. However, please allow for potential delays during peak customer volume. (Month of May, Orange Shirt Day, Christmas Season, etc)

Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch):

• Canada & USA: 5-10 business days.
• International: Up to 15-20+ business days. Please note, customs delays may occur.

Efficient Fulfillment Network:

• Fulfillment in Canada: Orders are fulfilled from our Toronto, ON warehouse, or backup warehouse in Granby, QC. Exceptions are noted in product descriptions.
• Fulfillment in the USA: Orders are fulfilled domestically by retail partners that carry our brand, eliminating customs fees and ensuring swift delivery.
• Fulfillment Internationally: Depending on your location, orders are shipped from Toronto or fulfilled through our trusted international print partners.

Delivery costs:
Canada's expansive geography and dispersed population elevate shipping costs, as covering vast distances increases transportation expenses. Limited competition, specialized service needs, and high operating costs, including fuel and labor, also add to the country's shipping expenses
