We are a CCAB Certified Aboriginal Business, and while conforming to the 'Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms' and 'Equal Employment Opportunities' we give preference to employing and promoting Indigenous People.

Absolutely. We love to see allies supporting Indigenous brands and artists. Some selections we offer make more sense if worn by and Indigenous person, however we have an ALLIES section that features designs that are ally friendly.

Please understand that once the package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for a timely delivery; delays and stolen/lost packages are out of our control. But we will try our best to work with you and the carrier to find a solution.

Typical estimated turnaround:

At this time we do not allow public pickups at our warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area. We share the space with other vendors and the space is not meant for public storefront interactions, especially with COVID restrictions. We may consider an actual storefront in the future, but it is just not a good business move during a pandemic.

We allow a 24hr grace period after your order to request changes or cancellation.

You can request a full refund within 30 days after your orders shipment date. (items must be in unused condition; used items will be partially refunded)

If the item is defective (print peeling, holes or stitching) we will offer a FREE replacement, without having to return the defective item.

ORANGE SHIRTS ARE FINAL SALE, STOCK IS LIMITED.

WE DO NOT OFFER SIZE EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. Our selections are true to size unless otherwise specified. Please use the sizing chart and/or reach out to us if you are unsure about the size. hello@resistclothing.ca
