Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
During peak seasons; Holidays (Nov/Dec, Orange Shirt Day (Aug/Sept), Etc. Our typical 5-10 business day delivery window may be extended due to high volume, stock related issues or unforeseen circumstances. We apologize, but please bear with us if this occurs, we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
If we are overwhelmed by more orders than we can handle in a timely manner, we may opt to route your order to a partnering Indigenous print shop. Don't worry, we keep good company, so we have ensured their quality is up to our standards.
If your order is routed to our USA Partner (They handle most USA based orders), and you are located in CANADA, we will cover the duty fee. (If it is somehow not covered ahead of time, reach out to us via email at email@example.com and we will happily reimburse you!)
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer 1 standard shipping option per country that is based on the overall weight of your order. Once fulfilled and handed off, the delivery is handled through Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Fedex or in some cases a smaller third-party carrier (RIVO, UNIUNI, Etc) may be delivering your package depending on your region.
International orders may use multiple carriers to reach its destination.
We offer free Standard (5-10 Business Days) shipping on Orders with a value of $200.00 (CAD) or more, before taxes and promotions; for CANADA and USA customers only.
We try our best to offer competitive shipping prices, however our shipping rates are directly affected by the rates and fee's of the shipping carrier.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Our FREE shipping promotion is not valid on orders made from outside of CANADA and the USA.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
In some cases your order may originate from a print partner that is closer to your location.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason the shipping carrier will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
