Order
Orders are typically ready to ship in 2-5 business days, but during peak periods, delays may occur.
Once dispatched, shipping times are typically:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- USA: 7-10 business days
- International: up to 15-20+ business days (Customs delays may occur)
Please note we have limited control over delivery after dispatch, but if issues arise, we're here to help at hello@resistclothing.ca. Remember, we're a small business, not Amazon! Your patience is appreciated.
Committed to the environment, we limit loose inventory to reduce waste. Our apparel is prepared, printed, and decorated only upon order placement, unlike big brands with excess pre-decorated stock often destined for landfills. This eco-conscious approach means that we typically need to create a new garment for exchanges, hence we don't offer size/colour exchanges. Rest assured, any defective items in your order will be replaced at no extra cost.
In certain cases, order changes or cancellations can be accommodated within the first 12 hours post-placement—contact us immediately. However, it's not always guaranteed, and once fulfillment begins, we can't alter or cancel orders.
We offer a 30-day return/refund policy. If unsatisfied, reach out within 30 days of order placement. Beyond 30 days, refunds can't be provided due to our privacy and data retention policy, which purges temporary customer data after this period.
For customers in the UK/EU and California, this policy supplements your unique consumer protection rights, and we will respect those rights as necessary, case by case.

If your package is prematurely marked 'delivered', it usually arrives later that day or the next, or it might be at your local post office. Start by contacting the shipping carrier. If they can't assist, feel free to reach out to us!
If the carrier can't deliver after several attempts, your order may return to us. In such cases, we can refund your order or reship (+reshipment fee) when it's back in our warehouse. To avoid this, please double-check your delivery details before checkout.

No, and here is why: Our strategic approach to being an online-only brand, allows us to focus on offering competitive pricing and a diverse range of products, without the overhead costs associated with brick and mortar storefronts (Leasing, Insurance, Extra Employee's, Logistics, etc). While we do not plan to open a flagship store, we actively connect with our customers through occasional pop-ups, events and partnerships with retailers across Canada and the USA.
In addition to our online store, our products are also available in various retail shops, gift shops, and convenience stores, including some within Indigenous communities. This network of partnerships provides ample opportunities for customers to access our brand throughout Turtle Island (North America).
Please note that our shared warehouse space is not open to the public for pick-ups.

Instead, our blank clothing garments are sourced from trusted suppliers across Turtle Island, which includes Canada, the USA, Mexico, and other parts of Central and South America.
Our design process is entirely in-house, reflecting our dedication to creativity and quality. Each piece is crafted with care, effort, and attention to detail. At our warehouse, we use eco-friendly inks and high-quality, durable thread for embroidery to ensure our apparel is not only stylish but also environmentally conscious.
Furthermore, our brand maintains exclusivity and quality standards that set us apart from mass-produced retail options. You won't find our products on the discount racks of the department store, as we are committed to offering unique, high-quality streetwear that aligns with our ethical and sustainable values.
All orders within Canada are fulfilled from our Toronto warehouse (Unless otherwise specified in the product description).
To handle increased order volume, we've expanded our fulfillment capacity. For our USA customers, orders are fulfilled in the USA by partnering retailers that offer our brand in their store. This ensures the same quality, without compromise, and no customs fees; just quality products and fast delivery!
