Refund/Replacement Policy 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/replacement.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal consumer protection rights.

Exchanges:

No Size Exchanges: Please use the sizing chart to place an informed purchase. (Our products are made-to-order ; printed, packed and shipped only after the order is processed, we do not keep excess inventory in order to maintain our sustainability standard and near zero waste process) 

No Color Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges based on color variants. Our production process is tailored to minimize waste and environmental impact, ensuring that each garment remains blank until an order is specifically placed. Only then do we proceed with decorating, packing, and shipping the item.

Efficient and Sustainable Production: Engaging in exchanges for different colors would necessitate the setup of an entirely new print job, thereby using additional resources and contradicting our dedication to minimizing waste and maintaining sustainable practices.

Substitutions for Stock and Color Variations:

In our pursuit to ensure timely delivery and complete customer satisfaction, we occasionally encounter stock shortages due to various unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, we reserve the right to utilize alternative high-quality brands that closely match your selected item in color and style to fulfill your order promptly.

While we are dedicated to providing products that are as close to your chosen options as possible, subtle discrepancies in color or material may occur when a substitution is made. We assure you that any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and quality, and will align closely with your original selection.

Please note that by placing an order with us, you agree to this substitution policy. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that substitutions are made with the utmost consideration for your expectations and product satisfaction.


Replacements: 


We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged, we do not provide size or colour exchanges. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at hello@resistclothing.ca

Please be aware that because of our environmentally conscious efforts, our products are made to order and on-demand to avoid overstock and excessive inventory. This makes size exchanges impossible. Please make sure to follow the sizing chart and only order sizes you think will fit. If you need guidance on using the sizing chart, reach out to us before ordering!

It is recommended that visitors under the age of 16, should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and assisted with any purchases. We do not refund accidental orders except by special exception which is determined on a case by case basis.

There are certain situations where an exchange is withheld and the item in question is sent back.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error by us.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (exceptions are made in some cases for items that are in transit to us, as long as it was sent before the 30-day deadline)

Sale and/or discounted items:

All Sale/Discounted items are FINAL Sale.

Discounted or sale items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. 


Shipping:


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

We are not liable if the postal service has lost / damaged your item, however we will assess possible options on a case by case basis.
