All of our options are unisex fit. (Unless otherwise specified on that specific product page/description)

• Unisex fit; runs true to size for men; women may want to size down.

• Hats and toques are ‘one size fits most’.

• Please refer to our sizing chart for an informed purchase, and if you are absolutely unsure, size up! (better to be a little loose, than not fit at all.) Miigwetch!

• Size/colour exchanges are usually not possible and we only make exceptions on a case by case basis.

• Due to our environmental commitment, we make every effort to minimize our loose inventory to reduce potential landfill. This means that we prep, print and decorate our apparel only when an order is placed, and we do not keep uneccesary excess inventory lying around. So in order for us to exchange, we would likely need to reprint or re-embroider a brand new garment.

Our process ensures each order receives personal attention and care.

Orders are typically ready to ship in 1-3 business days, but during peak periods, delays may occur.

Once dispatched, shipping times are typically:

• Canada: 5-10 business days
• USA: 5-10 business days
• International: up to 15-20+ business days (Customs delays may occur)

To handle increased order volume, we've expanded our fulfillment capacity. All orders within Canada are fulfilled from our Toronto warehouse (Unless otherwise specified in the product description). For our USA customers, orders are fulfilled in the USA by partnering shops that offer our brand, ensuring the same quality, without compromise, and no customs fees; just quality products and fast delivery!

For our Canadian and US customers, we offer free shipping on orders with a value of $200.00 CAD or more (before discounts/offers are applied)
