All of our options are unisex fit. (Unless otherwise specified on that specific product page/description)

• Unisex fit; runs true to size for men; women may want to size down.

• Hats and toques are ‘one size fits most’.

• Please refer to our sizing chart for an informed purchase, and if you are absolutely unsure, size up! (better to be a little loose, than not fit at all.) Miigwetch!

• Size/colour exchanges are usually not possible and we only make exceptions on a case by case basis.

• Due to our environmental commitment, we make every effort to minimize our loose inventory to reduce potential landfill. This means that we prep, print and decorate our apparel only when an order is placed, and we do not keep uneccesary excess inventory lying around. So in order for us to exchange, we would likely need to reprint or re-embroider a brand new garment.

As a small business, we value your patience and understanding that we don't operate like Amazon. Our process ensures each order receives personal attention and care.

Orders are typically ready to ship in 2-5 business days, but during peak periods, delays may occur.

Once dispatched, shipping times are typically:

• Canada: 5-10 business days
• USA: 7-10 business days
• International: up to 15-20+ business days (Customs delays may occur)

For our Canadian and US customers, we offer free shipping on orders $200.00 CAD or more (before discounts/offers are applied)

We use multiple smaller carriers to manage the rising cost of Canadian domestic shipping.
